At Schwartz & von Halen, we want you to be perfectly satisfied with your new leather gloves. If the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, you can return or exchange your order within 60 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Gloves

  Place the unworn gloves back in their original luxury packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached to maintain eligibility for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the box, and drop it off at your nearest designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange size within 5 business days.
